The operating system
Not another chatbot. A back office.
Agents report 10+ hours a week on admin that never closes a deal, and 5 to 10 more making content by hand. Levin sits on top of Follow Up Boss and runs that work the way a staff would: it answers new leads, works your database daily, drafts your content, reads your contracts, and starts every morning with a brief. You run all of it from one thread on your phone.
Coverage
Every new lead gets a personal reply drafted the moment it arrives, whatever the hour, with qualifying questions ready. No lead waits for a free moment you do not have.
Memory
Your database stops being a graveyard. Levin finds who has a reason to hear from you today and drafts the message in your voice.
Control
Approval by default, autonomy when you're ready. Every message starts in your queue, and you decide what Levin handles on its own as trust builds.
Hi Madison, just checking in! Are you still thinking about buying or selling? The market is always moving. Let me know if you have any questions!
Madison! Three places on Birchwood Row hit your saved search this week, and two back onto the ravine you loved at the Crestline open house. Want me to line them up for Saturday morning?
Built from her actual activity, written in your cadence. You still hit send.
How it runs
It prepares. You decide.
Work moves from your CRM into one controlled queue. Levin brings you only the decisions that need judgment, with the context attached.
Connect your operation
We connect Follow Up Boss and Telegram, map your workflows, and calibrate drafts against messages you have already written. About 30 minutes with you.
Let the staff prepare
Specialist desks monitor your records around the clock and prepare replies, follow-ups, milestones, and the morning brief. Everything lands in one queue.
Keep the decision
Reply with a name: approve Tyler, redo Dana warmer, or a correction. Every approval teaches Levin how you work, so drafts read more like you every week.

Your brief and wrap-up are generated from your own Follow Up Boss data, and approving never auto-sends: messages leave your phone, on your confirmation.
The staff
One face. Specialist desks underneath.
You talk to Levin. Under the hood, specialized desks own defined parts of the operation, share context, and report into one morning brief.
Lead response
Immediate prepared replies to every new lead, qualifying questions asked, conversation routed to you for approval or handoff.
Database follow-up
A morning review of your CRM that finds contacts with a real reason to hear from you and queues drafts in your voice.
Contract intake
Signed contracts read automatically: parties, dates, and deadlines extracted into one milestone record for your confirmation.
Content studio
A weekly radar of what is earning reach in real estate right now, with receipts: the actual breakout reels behind every trend. Post ideas and captions drafted in your voice, and it learns your taste from every approval, pass, and post.
Instagram audit
Your own account, read honestly: which formats grow your audience, which are dead weight, and where the gaps are against what is working in your market. The plan feeds straight into next week's content.
Daily operations
The morning brief: overnight lead activity, drafts awaiting approval, contract dates, and the decisions only you can make.
Showings
Scheduling, confirmations, changes, and the details around each appointment.
Listing marketing
Campaign preparation, asset coordination, launch checklists, seller updates.
Paid ads
Campaign monitoring, lead source context, performance reporting.
Market intelligence
Local market monitoring and client-ready summaries that create reasons to follow up.
The six live desks work from day one for both founding seats. Rolling-out desks define the roadmap; founding agents help set the order. No release dates are promised.
The command center
See it work.
Every founding seat includes the Levin dashboard: your morning brief, approval queue, deadlines, and a live recap of everything the staff did, in one glass panel.
Real product, sample data. A founding agent's dashboard is generated from their own business, including a weekly content radar with the receipts behind every trend, and it learns their taste from every approval.
Founding beta
A focused 90-day partnership.
Two agents bring the operating business. We bring Levin, the installation, and direct support. Together, we measure what changes.
Qualification
Built for an active business.
This round fits if
- Follow Up Boss is your current CRM.
- Buyers, sellers, and signed deals are moving through your pipeline now.
- Your database is large enough that daily manual follow-up does not happen consistently.
- You will report what fails, review the numbers, and give 15 minutes each week.
Outside this round
- You use another CRM. This beta is limited to Follow Up Boss.
- You need a new source of leads. Levin works existing leads and records; it does not supply demand.
- You want unsupervised outbound on day one. Approval is the starting point; autonomy is calibrated with you.
Step zero
The audit comes before the pitch.
Drop your Instagram handle in the application below. Before our first conversation, Levin reads your account the way it reads the market: which formats actually grow your audience, which are dead weight, and where the gaps are against what is working around you. Your first call starts from your numbers, not a sales script.

Why is the founding beta free?
The system is built, and this is its first measured deployment with client businesses. We are opening two seats so Levin can be installed carefully, observed against real operations, and improved with direct agent feedback. Founding agents get 90 days at no cost, help shape what is built next, and keep access to reserved founding pricing if they continue. There are no client case studies yet; this round creates the first verified record.
Is my data safe?
Your Follow Up Boss account remains yours. Levin connects through the API and accesses only the records required for the assigned work. Outbound messages require your approval. Disconnecting the integration stops the system.
I do not use Follow Up Boss. Can I still apply?
You may submit the form, but the two seats in this founding round require Follow Up Boss. It is Levin's first CRM connection, not the boundary of the product. Support for additional CRMs has not been scheduled.
What happens after 90 days?
We review the measured record together. You can continue with Levin at reserved founding pricing or disconnect. There is no automatic billing and no fixed-term contract.
